Arriving for your Interview

Important Information

You’ll need to phone the World Duty Free store on 01603 487448 when you arrive and they will meet you.

Bus or Train

The Airport Park and Ride bus runs up to every 20 minutes to and from the city centre to the bus stop outside the Terminal Building.

Driving

Parking is available at the Short Stay car park. Your cost of travel and parking is not reimbursed.

Your Interview

When you arrive at the airport, please call the store on 01603 487448 and they will give you instructions on where to go.

How long should you expect your interview to take?

Expect to be with us for between 1 and 3 hours, depending on the role you are applying for and the assessment activities. We’ll brief you before your interview and answer your questions so you know what to expect on the day.

Things to know about working at Norwich

As you’ll be working airside, you’ll need to be security cleared before you can start work. This can take 6-12 weeks from when you’re offered a role. We manage this process for you and will have checked your basic details prior to interview, so the chances are this will all go smoothly.

You’ll need to pass through airport Security each time you arrive for work (it’s just like going on holiday!) – this can take around 30 minutes. You need to incorporate getting through Security into your travel time.
