Please remember that this is a working warehouse environment and therefore individual safety is paramount at all times.

From the A23 head towards Gatwick North Terminal. At the roundabout before the terminal, take the first exit which is a filter lane and turn left onto Perimeter Road North and bear left to the traffic lights – turn right here onto A23 London Road. After 1.1 miles at the roundabout take the second exit onto London Road. At the next roundabout take the third exit onto Old Brighton Road South, go straight over the mini roundabout and the Lowfield Heath entrance is the last on the left hand side before you reach the Perimeter Road South (the sign outside states Gatwick Gate Industrial Estate). Please note that the postcode will take you to the rear of the building so please follow the above instructions when coming to the building or alternatively (if you are using a Sat Nav) head for the Radisson Red Hotel RH11 0PQ – then facing the Perimeter Road, we are the last green gate on the left.
On arrival, please call the number on the gate and someone will come to let you in.

Parking is available on site. The gate will be locked so you’ll need to call the number of the gate and the Yard Person will direct you where to park. You’ll be issued with a Parking Permit which much be displayed on your windscreen.

By bus from Gatwick South Terminal (for arrivals by train or other means directly into the Airport): from Arrivals, go down the stairwell next to Costa Coffee which will direct you towards the bus stops and Ashdown House. Go to the ground floor and the bus stops are outside on the right hand side, you will need to use the underpass to cross over the road and get either bus number 4, 5 or 100 which will cost £2.50. The bus takes 3 minutes to get to Lowfield Heath roundabout – this is the stop to disembark from, please take care when crossing the road at this junction. Walk down Old Brighton Road South for approximately 7 minutes and the entrance to Lowfield Heath is the last one on the left hand side. When entering through the main gate on foot, please keep to the pathway on the left hand side and walk through the car park, do not go to the right of the gated area as this is where the lorries and forklift trucks regularly manoeuvre. On arrival, please call the number on the gate and someone will come to let you in.

By Train once at Gatwick Airport: make your way to the main train station concourse and follow the signs to the internal shuttle service (do not board the shuttle). As you are facing the shuttle, on your left you will see an elevator, take this down to the ground floor. Here you will need to catch the Metro Bus Service (Bus Service No, 5 or 100) to the Lowfield Roundabout Stop. When entering through the main gate on foot, please keep to the pathway on the left hand side and walk through the car park, do not go to the right of the gated area as this is where the lorries and forklift trucks regularly manoeuvre. On arrival, please call the number on the gate and someone will come to let you in.
