We have an extensive catchment area with 70% of the UK population within two hours drive of the airport and more direct rail connections than any other European city making it the country’s best connected airport. 

11 new airlines have recently been added to our growing list of carriers including Qatar Airways to Doha and the introduction of an A380 on the popular Emirates route to Dubai. This expands our international customer base which is set to exceed 6M visitors in 2016. In order to deliver exceptional service to these customers we require colleagues (ideally with language skills) to join our team in what is a fast and exciting 24/7 retail environment that never stands still.

We have three separate stores at Birmingham airport and our main store is currently being redeveloped and due to open in July 2016. We offer worldwide recognised brands such as Lancôme, Benefit, Clinique, Swarovski, Ray-Ban and Oakley across fragrance, cosmetics and skincare, jewellery and luxury fashion as well as tempting tax-free prices to our travellers.  

We also have a specialist World of Whisky department, a Pandora store within the departure lounge, a Best of British area offering souvenirs and local brands such as Cadburys, as well as a store in the Arrivals area for passengers flying back to the Midlands.   With such variety it is no cliché to say every day is different!
