World Duty Free (WDF) offers retail team members the opportunity to promote, advise on and sell the full range of airport tax and duty free products including fragrance & cosmetics, champagne, wines & spirits, tobacco, food &, confectionary, travel essentials & fashion accessories as well as gifts & souvenirs.

You’ll also need to be happy working shifts – as flights don’t just take off and arrive within a normal working day. Our shops are open for 365 days a year and in many we trade 24 hours a day.  

Our standard shift pattern is working 4 days on, 2 days off, although other shift patterns are utilised in some locations.  A full time 8 hour day shift will range across the hours of 4am to midnight so early starts and late finishes are likely. Our part time shifts are generally first thing in the morning or late in the evening.  In some airports we need team members to work a night shift for which they earn a premium rate.
