We operate over 30 stores at Heathrow, including 17 World Duty Free locations, alongside renowned brands such as Sunglasses Boutique, MAC, Glorious Britain, Beauty Studio, World of Whisky, Victoria’s Secret, Simply Chocolates, Pandora, Jo Malone, Hermès, and Bvlgari.

We cater for every kind of passenger – our main store offers all product categories and we also have beautiful specialist stores that provide a totally different exclusive offering. We also have Jo Malone and MAC boutique stores plus two very popular Glorious Britain souvenir stores, which provide the last opportunity for our international passengers to take home some UK memorabilia.

Important Information

We advise that you take public transport however there is a short stay car park opposite our building (short stay Car park 1A). Your cost of travel and parking is not reimbursed.

Bus or Train

Public transport is always your best bet when travelling to Heathrow.
The Elizabeth Line, Heathrow Express or Piccadilly Line offer you lots of super-speedy options, running multiple trains per hour.
Disembark at Terminals 2 & 3.
If you’re using the bus, leave at Heathrow Central Bus Station.

Driving

If you choose to drive, then parking is available on-site right opposite our building in short-stay Car Park 1A (Postcode: TW6 1SD), or you can park at Hatton Cross Train Station and get a free bus or train to Terminals 2 & 3.

Things to know about working at Heathrow

As you’ll be working airside, you’ll need to be security cleared before you can start work. This can take 6-12 weeks from when you’re offered a role. We manage this process for you and will have checked your basic details prior to interview, so the chances are this will all go smoothly.

You’ll need to pass through airport Security each time you arrive for work (it’s just like going on holiday!) – this can take around 30 minutes. You need to incorporate getting through Security into your travel time.

You could be working at any of the four Terminals – 2,3,4 or 5. You’ll have a regular store where you’ll go most days, but you’ll be expected to offer flexibility by helping at our other stores, or even at another terminal, in busy periods.
