Luton airport

London Luton Airport is 30 miles north of central London just to the east of Luton in Bedfordshire. It is the fourth-largest airport serving the London area and serves more than 10 million passengers a year, making it the sixth busiest airport in the UK.  The airport serves as a base for EasyJet, Monarch, Thomson Airways and Ryanair. The vast majority of the routes served are within Europe, although there are some charter and scheduled routes to destinations in Northern Africa, The United States and Asia.

We operate the Victoria's Secret store at Luton Airport which provides customers access to an assortment of the best-selling Victoria’s Secret Beauty products, from prestige fragrances to body care, as well as a unique collection of luxury Victoria’s Secret branded accessories, from cosmetic cases, bags, scarves and sunglasses to small leather goods and luggage.  Particular good sellers are the PINK range, fragrances, body mists and body lotions as well as gift sets  

We have a small but effective team of Customer Service and Replenishment assistants at Luton airport and augment this permanent team with additional customer service team members over the busy summer season.  All of the team have a specific area/product category of responsibility in the store.  The team really demonstrate the WDF behaviours "making it happen" and commercial innovation and, as a result, store performance is 60% up on the previous year. One of our team members was recognised for delivering outstanding customer service and attended the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2015 in New York.
